Moises Paz
Moises Paz has a passion for bringing quality home care to Middle Tennessee through focused personal connection with clients and families. As part of a local non-profit connected with the Vanderbilt Center for Quality Aging, Moises facilitated memory care training programs for professional and family caregivers.
In 2018, Moises acquired FCC to bring dependable, trusted childcare & executive assistants to help families and individuals maintain the work/life balance necessary for a healthy lifestyle.
Paula Mohr
Paula is our expert Operations Manager who brings a wealth of experience from decades in the Home Health industry.
Besides her work caring for clients, she's served as a scheduler, office assistant, Client Care Coordinator, marketing manager, HR manager, assistant administrator, and finally administrator.
Paula moved to Tennessee from Florida in 2020, met the love of her life and married in 2022. They live with their Yorkie fur baby Nola and spend summers on Percy Priest Lake in the boat.
Jenn Haman
Jenn Haman has been an excellent addition to the Family Care Connection team serving in the HR/Office Manager role.
Jenn wanted to serve as a nurse since she was a child. She first became a CNA in 2007 when she got started serving patients with dementia and Alzheimer's.
She married her husband, Eric, in the fall of 2009, and a career change gave her experience with management, payroll, and billing. Today they make their home here in Middle Tennessee with their young daughter.
